The Bush Glen burn starts at between Kilruskin Road and Millstonford Farm and travels through the field before it passes under the A78 main road through Highthorn Bridge. It then enters Hunterston and travels through the field, under Milstonford Bridge and alongside Highthorn Road before it filters into the Burn Gill.
